He helped me buy a townhouse for my mum and dad. He was awesome. He was really knowledgeable not only about real estate and its laws, but also with the whole loan process. It was a new construction home and they literally finished completing the house two weeks ago. The out of State lender that I decided to use was insisting that I have a really expensive termite inspection done for $1600 but Shawn told me that it was not required in Idaho as Idaho only has subterranean termites and not to mention it was a brand newly built home. I was running really late on the loan and so Shawn sat for three and a half hours and did all the research and things that I didn’t have time to do and submitted to the lender. So I didn’t have to do all that and it saved me $1600. He definitely went above and beyond. I will absolutely use him again in the future.
